SUMMARY:Prairie Grain Development Committee Meetings
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Prairie Grain Development Committee’s (PGDC) 2026 Annual Meeting. Gather with us March 2-5\, 2026 in Banff at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity where we will exchange information for the advancement of prairie grains. The meeting will facilitate scientific discussion\, research prioritization and the development of improved cultivars. \nThe Prairie Recommending Committees and Subcommittees for Wheat\, Rye and Triticale; Oat and Barley; Pulse and Special Crops; and Oilseeds will be meeting over the course of the four days. \nAn evening reception\, plenary session and scheduled breaks will provide fantastic networking opportunities. \nThe theme of the 2026 Plenary Session is “Made in Canada Seed“.
