Seeding old school! Way to go, Simon!
Seeding a new variety of wheat called AAC Westking. It was grown in New Zealand and the seed shipped all the way to Canada!

Simon, I think you should send your youngest Ellis aunt on a fact finding mission to New Zealand to ensure this grain is up to Canadian standards.

Good news. Happy and safe seeding
It is official. Spring seeding is underway on Black Creek Farm. First up is Starbuck wheat. We are looking forward to seeing tractors in the field and trucks across our scale.
