The New Year brings a refreshing responsibility to be better! To review what worked well and what didn’t generate the desired results. 2. A time to create new memories, and look forward to great adventures planned. Life is precious, so dream big, and strive to be the best you possibly can. 4. I think of it as “another turn of the crank” – new varieties, evolving market demand and more of a constantly changing situation. The same, only different with new ideas around every corner. 5. For me, its all about making sure we have plans in place to respond and take advantage of the opportunities created by all the major mergers in 2017. It truly is an amazing time when 80% of the corn and 75% of the soybean market share consolidates in one year! How seed companies and suppliers to the seed industry respond will be fascinating to watch.
