With a long passion for agronomy and experimentation, Jean-Marie started his career at Caussade Semences in 1998 as an Experimental Technician, then maize Experimentation Manager for Northern Europe and finally for multi-crops perimeter. After 18 years on the experimental sphere, he decided to use his technical expertise acquired over the years to become Maize varietal characterization Expert in Europe. This is a project that requires both good technical expertise and knowledge of the needs of the future European market, including the challenges that come with climate change, for example. Currently, Jean-Marie is Corn Silage Technical Development Manager within Lidea Corn Business Line.
