Volker Utesch was born in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. He grew up on a dairy farm, creating an early connection to the agricultural industry. Volker Utesch completed his studies in Agricultural Sciences at the Humboldt University in Berlin, followed by a Master’s degree in Land Economy at the University of Cambridge. With a total of 16 years with KWS, he has filled various positions in sales and marketing for the central crops corn and sugarbeet. Since 2013, Volker Utesch serves a Head of the Business Unit Corn for Europe.
