Clean Seed Capital Signs Distribution Agreement with Cervus

British Columbia’s Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. announced it has entered into a distribution partnership agreement with the Calgary-based Cervus Equipment Corp. Cervus has interests in 75 dealerships in Canada, New Zealand, and Australia._x000D_

Over a three-year renewable period starting in 2016, Cervus will manage exclusive sales areas with agreed-upon sales commitments for the Company’s CX-6 SMART Seeder. Both companies foresee that by working together, Clean Seed’s CX-6 SMART Seeder can be sold into the north central Saskatchewan seeding equipment market as a leading, high-technology, value-added precision seeding unit. Cervus will provide commercial end use retail distribution of the CX-6 SMART Seeder to customers in the region._x000D_
