Now in its 16th year, the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project is a national competition to determine which employers lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces for their employees. The listing ranks employers based on a nation-wide survey, an extensive application process and analysis of eight key areas: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere and Communications; (3) Financial Benefits and Compensation; (4) Health and Family-Friendly Benefits; (5) Vacation and Personal Time Off; (6) Employee Engagement; (7) Training and Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement._x000D_
Considered the most in-depth analysis of human resource trends in Canada’s private and public sectors, this year’s review saw a record number of employers enter the competition. Monsanto Canada was among approximately 8,000 employers invited to participate in the detailed application process._x000D_
