“Being organized and scheduled is not in your DNA,” shares Roth, who has been featured on “The Today Show,” “Oprah,” “Men’s Health” and a number of other media outlets. “It’s not something you’re born with; it’s a learned skill and it’s never too late to learn.”
In maximizing your day, Roth says you need to be in tune with when you have the most energy and if you’re a person that can focus on one project for a long period of time or if you like to jump from one thing to another. Knowing these two things will determine the best way to manage your time and schedule your day.
