Incotec appoints Dennis Groen as director of operations and as a member of the board of the Incotec Group. Groen previously held senior positions at FrieslandCampina, British American Tobacco and Philips.
He will be globally responsible for Incotec’s production and logistics. The now permanent role is a result of the strategic reorientation of Incotec to get ready for the next phase of strong growth. Bob Legro, director research & development at Incotec, had been fulfilling the role on an interim basis.
With the appointment of Groen, the Incotec board grows to five members, and also consists of Douwe Zijp (CEO), Jan de Vries (CFO), Erika den Daas (director marketing & sales) and Bob Legro (director research & development).
