Advanta Seeds Adds Four Sales Account Managers

Advanta Seeds, an international supplier of proprietary agricultural crop genetics and seed, hires three sales account managers in Texas and the High Plains and one for the Kansas region.
Tanner Antonick, Denver Cole and Terry Shelton will be responsible for sales of the Alta Seeds sorghum brand and Phoenix corn brand in the Gulf Coast of Texas, Central Texas and the Texas Panhandle, respectively. They will offer agronomic and technical support services to customers through on-farm consultation and product training.
“We are expanding our sales force with experienced account managers to offer more personalized service to growers,” says Barry Lubbers, director of sales for Advanta Seeds. “Tanner, Denver and Terry will apply agricultural insight they have accrued throughout their careers and help growers select high performing hybrids to match their farm’s conditions.”
Shelton is a Certified Crop Adviser with more than 23 years of experience helping customers effectively manage crops. He is based in Hereford, Texas.
Cole has worked in agricultural sales for 15 years, using data and trial results to help growers make seed decisions. He is based in Salado, Texas.
Antonick received his bachelor of business administration from Texas Tech University and has worked in field sales in Texas and New Mexico. He is based in Kyle, Texas.
Advanta also announces the hiring of Bryan Alldaffer as a sales account manager. He will be responsible for sales of the Alta Seeds sorghum brand and the Phoenix corn brand in Northeast Kansas. Alldaffer will offer agronomic and technical support services to customers through on farm consultation and product training.
“Bryan’s previous experience as a sales representative serving the agricultural industry in Northeast Kansas will be valuable as he helps growers select seed products for their farm’s conditions,” says Lubbers. “Our goal is to provide the highest levels of service and support as possible to growers; and we are confident Bryan will serve as a knowledgeable asset to our customers.”
Alldaffer has more than nine years of experience in agricultural sales in Kansas and surrounding territories. He previously worked as a Territory Manager for Sky Climber Access Solutions and CLAAS. He is based in Edwardsville, Kansas.
