The Iowa State University Society of Commercial Seed Technologists is offering a genetic testing “super workshop”. It is a series of one-day workshops from February 8-12 at Seed Science Center at Iowa State University. Individual workshops are on molecular biology, herbicide bioassay, electrophoresis, immunoassay, and PCR.
A seed analyst short course is also being offered at the Seed Science Center during Purity Week April 18-21 and Germination Week April 25-28. The AOSA & SCST consolidated exam will be offered the Friday of each week (Purity on 4/22 and Germination on 4/29).
