Adam Bolton, Ph.D., is the Strategic Accounts Manager for Jord BioScience. He brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of plant science, business development, and strategic partnerships in the agriculture industry. Prior to joining Jord, Adam served as a Technology Licensing and Market Development Manager at the University of Minnesota, where he managed a portfolio of more than 300 partner accounts, led the negotiation of over 100 commercial and collaborative agreements across plant genetics, biologicals, and emerging ag technologies, and oversaw the commercialization of the University’s global apple portfolio. Earlier in his career, he worked as a plant breeder and product development specialist at Syngenta Vegetable Seeds and founded a specialty gourmet mushroom business. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, working on home projects, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
