Beginning Sept. 7, users will access payments, seed lot registrations and other INASE services through a single portal using an ARCA Fiscal Key.

Argentina’s National Seed Institute (INASE) will unify its digital platforms on Sept. 7, creating a single access point for its management services.

The update will centralize payments, seed lot registrations and other procedures within one digital system. INASE says the change is intended to simplify administration, improve security and make it easier for users to interact with the agency, according to a press release.

Access Through the Service Portal

Users will access the INASE Management System exclusively through the agency’s Service Portal.

A valid ARCA Fiscal Key will be required to confirm each user’s identity and provide secure access. Existing user accounts, roles and profiles will remain unchanged in the new system.

Steps to Take Before Sept. 7

INASE recommends that operators and representatives complete two checks before the unified portal launches:

Confirm the linked CUIT by signing in to the current Management System and opening the “My Data” section. The registered CUIT must match the CUIT of the ARCA Fiscal Key holder who will access the new portal.

Verify that the ARCA Fiscal Key is active and validated.

The agency says the centralized system will support data protection while simplifying technical and administrative procedures for Argentina’s seed and agricultural sectors.
