Ceradis Names New Supply Chain and Product Development Leader for the Americas

Ceradis B.V. recently named Thiago Gianeti as supply chain and product development leader for the Americas.

Gianeti brings more than 15 years of experience across agribusiness supply chains, research and development, regulatory affairs and technical innovation. He will support Ceradis’ growth in the Americas and help advance the company’s product development and supply chain strategy.

“Thiago’s combination of scientific expertise, commercial acumen and hands-on operational leadership makes him a perfect fit for this position,” says Lon Kreger, North America marketing and sales leader for Ceradis. “He will play a critical role in advancing our product pipeline and ensuring a resilient, high-performing supply chain in the Americas.”

Before joining Ceradis, Gianeti held senior positions at Ourofino Agrociência, a Brazilian crop protection company. He worked at the company’s headquarters in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, and at its production facility in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. He led initiatives in supplier innovation, strategic sourcing and process development. He managed multi-million BRL projects and contributed to new molecule development, project coordination and international supplier audits.

Earlier in his career, Gianeti worked as an academic support technician at UNESP de Botucatu, part of the São Paulo State University system. He also held technical and sales roles at PerkinElmer do Brasil Ltda. and Varian Inc.

Gianeti earned a PhD in chemistry from UNESP in Botucatu, a master’s degree in analytical chemistry from UNICAMP in Campinas and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from USP Ribeirão Preto. He lives in Ribeirão Preto and welcomes contact at thiago.gianeti@ceradis.com.
