INCOTEC announces the addition of Shawna Castro as account manager to its North American commercial sales teams. Castro will be based in INCOTEC’s Salinas, California, office with a focus on coastal and desert customers.
“Shawna brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to her new account manager role,” says Nick Iwig, INCOTEC North America commercial sales manager. “Over the past 10 years, Shawna has continually worked with all departments to deliver the INCOTEC experience to all of our customers.
“Her approach to customer service ensures our customers have the best experience possible, but has also provided Shawna with experience and insight to be successful in her new role. She continually demonstrates a passion and ability to build relationships and understanding of customer needs that proves mutually beneficial for our customers and INCOTEC.”
Iwig adds that company customers will benefit even more by having Castro out in the field managing their accounts on a day-to-day basis.
