He shares the jobs he’s seeing trend in the seed industry currently, in particular jobs in data and talking about data to different farmers and customers. Hammerich says that data is becoming increasingly important, and having someone on your team who can talk data is becoming imperative — especially someone who can talk about the importance of data and how it’s used.
