Illinois Foundation Seeds Inc. has announced two promotions within the company’s field crops production and supply department.
Jason Schlotman has been promoted to production and supply manager and will be responsible for all activities involved with production and supply. Primary responsibilities include managing production contracts, conditioning, packaging, warehousing, distribution and quality assurance for dent corn, soybeans and wheat. Schlotman will also participate in product forecasting and reporting for the sales team and suppliers.
Gardner Rothmund has accepted the position of field crops operations manager and will be responsible for all phases of seed production, processing, and distribution. Responsibilities include selecting contract acres, leading field scouting, harvesting, inventory, plant operations, warehousing and distribution for dent corn, soybeans and wheat.
