Overlooking the people who move your organization forward can be a costly mistake. According to Karen Grabow, organizational psychologist and retired senior vice president of business development services at Land O’Lakes, it’s a mistake all too common in the agribusiness world.
Grabow, principal of Grabow Consulting LLC, will talk about how to make a change in your organization’s talent management practices during the 2015 National Conference for Agribusiness, Nov. 10-11 in West Lafayette.
