Total Seed Production Introduces New Soybean Supervisor

Total Seed Production, Inc. (TSP) promoted Brandon Eisele from a production technician to his new role as soybean supervisor.

“In this newly acquired role, I will be working more closely with our soybean customers. I’m enthusiastic about utilizing my interpersonal skills and continuing to give our customers the quality seed they expect,” says Eisele.

“I’m excited to see Brandon take these next steps and work on his strengths and weaknesses,” stated John Wisehart, TSP soybean manager.

Eisele has been an employee of TSP going on 4 years and has honed his skills involving various production processes.

“I am really excited for Brandon to move into this supervisor role, he has a keen eye for details and has the right skillsets to help manage our soybean production … he is not only a perfect fit for our daily operation but is also a perfect fit for our product and our customers,” states Aaron Conaway, TSP president.

Graduating from the University of Illinois in Technical Systems Management with a Minor in Crop Sciences, Eisele has always known he wanted a career in agriculture. Farming has been a passion of his and all of his jobs leading up to TSP have all been within the agriculture industry.

“The importance of the ag industry gives my career meaning and it’s essential for the entire world. It’s nice to have job security in this day and age,” Eisele states.

Originally from Illinois, Eisele now resides in central Indianapolis with his wife, Taylor, and their corgi, Ryder. When Eisele isn’t learning all about TSP’s soybean production, he likes traveling to Illinois to visit with family, working on his golf swing, and playing video games.
